Bok-su Go is the main protagonist of the indie visual novel/point-and-click game Married in Red by Studio Investigrave.
She used to be a university student studying to become a doctor until she was framed for medical malpractice by her former best friend, Daejong Choi. Years later, she’s invited to Daejong’s wedding, where she enacts her plan of revenge.
What Makes Her Magnificent?[]
- She’s a tragic anti-villain who wants to get revenge on the person who ruined her lfe. Her dry humour and witty taunts make her very entertaining as well.
- She lures Daejong’s fiancé, Myeong-hoon into a private and kills him with the wedding cake knife. She then stuffs him in a closet, changes her clothes and escapes through the back window.
- She unleashes a dog to cause a commotion, using the distraction to burn her blood stained clothes in the fireplace.
- She eavesdrops on a group of gossiping groomsmen and then spreads rumours of Myeong-hoon cheating on Daejong to the wedding goers. She also talks to Myeong-hoon’s family and tells them Daejong was extremely passionate about romance.
- When Daejong confronts her, Bok-su reveals to her she killed her fiancé and is going to frame her for it as revenge for blaming the death of the patient on her years ago.
- She taunts Daejong, sending her into a rage where she then drops Myeong-hoon’s corpse onto Daejong, framing her for the murder.
- In the only canon ending to the game is her plan going off without a hitch and getting away with her crimes scott-free.
What Makes Her a Baddie?[]
- She murders Myeong-hoon, a completely innocent man, in cold blood.
- She frames Daejong for the crime and gets away with it, While she did ruin Bok-su’s life, it was more out of desperation than outright maliciousness, and it’s still a cruel and illegal act.

- She is the only Studio Investigrave character so far to be MB.
