Candace Green is a minor antagonist of The Ghost of Molly McGee. She is a real estate agent who gleefully sold the McGees' residence after they failed to pay their mortgage and manipulated the buyers into purchasing their house by using Scratch as a public attraction. She was later never seen again after everyone in Brighton help the McGees get their house back with the help of Andrea Davenport.
What makes her Magnificent?[]
- As "Brighton's #1 realtor", she has a very charming and enjoyable performance by Natasha Rothwell, adding with blowing up an air horn very loudly as well.
- Despite how gleeful she is when doing so, she had a good reason to put the McGee residence on sale all because they forgot to pay their mortgage due to being busy paying their hospital bills.
- Though she gets enraged at the house being haunted after Scratch scares all her potential buyers away to keep the house from being sold, Candace still keeps confident of never giving up on that and decided that she's planning to use Scratch as a public attraction to the entire neighborhood in order to have the house sold by any means necessary. However, it succeeds with two married couples Hidalgo and Gertrude who gleefully sold the house because of this.
- Despite she became angry over the fact that the McGee residence is haunted, she still maintained her calm and cheerful personality of hers.
- While it may be offended to Scratch, her line "Oh, and the levitating candelabra? It's so cliche!" can be very funny to hear.
- Despite how callous and uncaring she may be and refused to call off the sale for Scratch's sake, Candace can be honorable as she shown to have sympathize with him and the McGess by allowed them to have one final look to say goodbye and later implied of giving their house back after everyone in Brighton help them get it back with the help of Andrea Davenport.
What makes her a Baddie?[]
- Gleefully puts the McGee residence on sale because they haven't paid their mortgage due to focusing on paying their hospital bills, uncaring about their loss as long as she succeeds in doing so. It cause the McGees and Scratch to became miserable as the McGees have to stay in the moving van and moved with Grandma Nin just in case if this keeps up while Scratch is left alone in the house that is about to be sold and would do anything to keep the buyers away from purchasing it by scaring them.
