Magnificent Baddies who are abusive or generally awful towards their underlings.
Although being a Bad Boss could make a villain too heinous, despised in-universe, unpragmatic and pettily harsh to be Magnificent, these characters' abuse of their minions will be justified or pragmatically sound to reign in opportunistic henchmen who wouldn't stay in line otherwise (i.e. Silco), it usually won't be focused on too much or, in the best cases, the MB may tone down their Bad Boss tendencies overtime (i.e. Thanos). It can even help when generally, their bad boss tendencies are to put it simply, tend to be deserving karma for their underling's actions (i.e Captain Dudley Smith, Stem, and Megatron)
They are the opposite to Benevolent Bosses.
