Magnificent Baddies who are polite to their underlings and almost never mistreat them.
A Magnificent Baddie could be a Benevolent Boss out of sheer pragmatism, as high morale can improve one's minions in being efficient and loyal, or they could be genuinely friendly or even outright caring towards their underlings.
They are the opposite of Bad Bosses.
