Magnificent Baddies of the Chaotic Evil alignment despise honor, discipline, or any other limitation to their freedom and tend to commit evil acts in the name of chaos and destruction.

The Chaotic Evil alignment tends to be the most haphazardly-destructive alignment and villains under it run the risk of being too sadistic and deep in For the Evulz territory to count as a MB. However, they can still qualify if they have some semblance of a solid goal in mind and their worst actions don't outweigh their magnificence.
