Villains who, despite their different alignments are (or, at the very least, were) genuine friends with one or more of the heroes in the story.

For obvious reasons, MBs who have merely feigned friendship with a hero (i.e. Green Goblin) DO NOT COUNT, unless said friendship was genuine before the villain became less amicable or became genuine after their redemption (i.e. Magolor).
