Silco: You're too young to remember what the Undercity was before it became an... enterprise. We were nothing! You know what bore us through those times? Loyalty. Brothers and sisters back to back against whatever the world threw at us. Now I'm forced to share the air with parasites like you, who leech off their legacies.
Finn: Today's the day you die, Silco!
Silco: That's a risk I've known all my life. But I still believe... in loyalty.
~ Silco

Magnificent Baddies who, in spite of their lack of morals, care about one or more people or even an entire institution (such as their homeland) to the point where they'll always remain loyal to them and fight on their behalf, even if it costs them their lives.

This category is usually the opposite of Traitors, but the two can overlap if they are treacherous towards other people or institutions, but never betrayed the ones they truly care about (i.e. Spy) or if they were previously treacherous but, after redeeming themselves, became genuinely loyal (i.e. Magolor).

As loyalty is a virtue that has always been held in high regards, being Loyal can greatly help in making a villain likeable or at least respectable and, thus, magnificent.
