Magnificent Baddies under the Neutral Evil alignment are out for their own interests, and will do any kind of means to achieve them. These MBs are different from Lawful and Chaotic Evils in that Neutral Evils do not care much if their methods involve utilizing the law or causing chaos so long as it suits their goals.
