Magnificent Baddies who go back and forth between anti-heroism and downright villainy. These characters never stay on one side forever and frequently switch between good and evil when it suits them.

Note: These characters cannot overlap with Redeemed, as they're constantly switching between doing good and evil actions. If a character used to be On & Off, but decides to redeem themself for good (e.g.: Mama P, Lord Garmadon), they can no longer be under this category.
