Magnificent Baddies who take heavy inspiration from another character, real life person or even an entire archetype and are meant to be a new twist on them.

Parodies are comical takes on the original character, with flunctuating degrees of respect, and are played for laughs. Parodic MBs will be very laughable, thus enjoyable, but never to the point of becoming pathetic jokes the audience laughs at.

Homages are serious, respectful or even intensified renditions of the original character and are not used for humor. While lacking the Parodic MBs' comedy, their seriousness helps their odds of being a truly formidable foe.

It should be noted that being somewhat or even very similar to another, previously existing character does not automatically make an MB a Parody/Homage, they need to clearly be conceived as direct Parodies/Homages, hopefully with Word of God confirming the inspiration.

Characters who are fully original in it of themselves but often quote/parody/homage other characters DO NOT COUNT. These character's very nature must be parodic or an homage.
