Isis is the Egyptian goddess of healing, love, fertility, motherhood, and magic. A cunning yet loving woman, Isis loves her family above all else and hopes to forces Ra's secret name out of him so she could control him and keep her family safe, ensuring her future son's spot on the throne.
What Makes Her Magnificent?[]
- Isis, in spite of committing several crimes, is a loving mother and wife, incredibly devoted to her husband Osiris and, after he's born, her son Horus.
- Before her son's birth, desiring to ensure that Horus would get a spot on the throne, she devised a scheme to force Ra's secret name out of him upon learning he had one.
- Taking some drool from Ra while he slept, she morphed it into a snake, leaving it on the trail Ra walks down every single day to bite him, as his own power would be able to harm him.
- Leaving Ra feeling weak and woozy, and more notably, confused that someone other than him could create something that could bring him pain, Isis feigns concern and asks to heal him.
- Asking for his secret name so she could cast a spell to drain the poison, Ra had no choice but to give her his secret name, giving her full control over him. Isis willingly cured him, as she never truly wanted to hurt him.
- She manages to pull off her entire scheme flawlessly, with rather impressive cunning at that.
What Makes Her a Baddie?[]
- While her motives are understandable, endangering the life of her great-grandfather and essentially torturing him due to the poison giving him "the worst pain he'd ever felt" is undeniably a bad action, and forcing him to give up his secret name didn't really help matters.

- As Isis comes from Egyptian mythology dating back to at least 4000 BCE, this makes her the oldest currently approved Magnificent Baddie on the wiki and probably the oldest Magnificent Baddie in all of media.
