James "Jimmy" Nixon McGarfield is a minor antagonist of the 2002 Cartoon Network animated series Codename: Kids Next Door. He is a rival of Numbuh 1 and the unrequited love interest of Lizzie Devine.

What Makes Him Magnificent?

• Utilizing the political power at his disposal to oppress the KND and find his true love.
• Manipulating Sector V into helping him long enough for him to safely arrive City Hall via their admiration for him, where he is then revealed to have been working with Father to increase restrictions on local schools, therefore making the Kids Next Door's mission more difficult to pull off.
• Utilizing intimidation against the other fourth-graders to force into line, as shown in "Operation: S.N.O.W.I.N.G.", where he did so to coerce the entirety of his underlings into attending an assembly at school.
• Attempting to brainwash Lizzie, Numbuh One's girlfriend, into falling in love with him. And considering she did the same thing in her debut episode to Numbuh 1, this comes off as more karmic than genuinely horrific.
• Even when his plans are foiled (primarily due to one of his own minions, Anna Worthington, joining forces with the KND), Jimmy accepts his defeat with dignity, gleefully pondering over the idea of forming a relationship with Anna in prison.
• While his initial appearances (i.e., Operation: R.O.B.B.E.R.S., Operation: P.R.E.S.I.D.E.N.T.) portrayed him as a coward, it is implied that this was a facade for his true, calculating personality.

What Makes Him A Baddie?

• Joining forces with Father to extended the length of school days while abolishing lunch and giving out triple the previous amounts of homework to students.
• Betraying his fellow fourth graders by kidnapping all of them on a snowday to force into an assembly at school.
• Forcing a modified boyfriend helmet onto Lizzie to have her become his girlfriend against her will.
