Kitty Boon is a supporting character in the nickelodeon show Mysticons. She is the captain of the sky pirates and the childhood friend later turned love interest of Zarya Moonwolf. she started out as an enemy of the Mysticons who delivered the dragon disk to Dreadbane but then turned into an ally and helped the Mysticons battle against Necrafa.
She was voiced by Katie Griffin.
What Makes Her Magnificent?[]
- She is very cunning and resourceful, as she was able to trick the Mysticons into thinking Kymraw raided all the ships where she and the skulls are the ones who raided them. even as she joined the Mysticons's side, she was still pretty cunning, being able to distract Dreadbane's soldiers while the Mysticons snuck into Dreadbane's lair.
- She used the resulting fight between Dreadbane and the Mysticons to steal the dragon disk and bring it back to the Mysticons.
- She is extremely tragic as when she was young, she, alongside Zarya, Kasey and possibly the other pink skulls were kidnapped and enslaved by the ruthless pirate captain Kaos after the latter destroyed their village and possibly killed their parents.
- Even as a bad guy, she never really had any nefarious goals, as she just stole the Dragon Disk to get gold from Dreadbane to provide for her, her brother and her teammates.
- Even then, she had standards as she was horrified when seeing Dreadbane attempting to hurt innocent people, especially children. There are also worst villains in the series such as Mallory, Tazma, Captain Kaos, and Necrafa.
- She ends up redeeming herself and becoming an ally of the Mysticons, helping them on multiple occasions such as against Necrafa, Captain Kaos and the Marauder.
- Even at her worst, she did cared for Zarya, as the worst thing she did to her is just tying her aside with her pink lasso before fighting the other Mysticons, and when she saw Zarya (in her Mysticon ranger outfit) fall into the sandstorm and mocked Arkayna to go save her, she was unaware the Mysticon ranger was Zarya.
- She was aware that Zarya had a crush on her.
- According to Zarya, when they were kidnapped by Captain Kaos, Kitty could have escaped but gave herself up so she could have protected Zarya.
What Makes Her A Baddie?[]
- Being a pirate, she committed several crimes (albeit, minor ones) and it was mentioned that she and her brother owe several debts to some people.
- She raided several ships and payed Kymraw to raid another one so they will distract the Mysticons.
- She was willing to give the Dragon Disk to Dreadbane just to gain some gold.
- In the Valley of Lost Ships, she fired at Arkayna, Em and Piper, endangering their lives.
