Lemon is one of the two deuteragonists (alongside his brother, Tangerine) of the 2022 action-comedy film, Bullet Train.

He is an assassin hired by the White Death to protect his son and obtain ransom money before coming into conflict with the protagonist, Ladybug.

He is portrayed by Brian Tyree Henry.

What Makes Him Magnificent?

• Both he and Tangerine are highly skilled assassins and have demonstrated many of their talents through this, including hand-to-hand combat and marksmanship. This allows him to take on entire groups of mercenaries without a problem.
• Like Tangerine, Lemon takes his job very seriously and makes it clear that he will do everything in his power to ensure that he and Tangerine succeed.
• Although he tends to be very sarcastic, Lemon nonetheless tries to be polite when he can and tried to start a conversation with the son.
• When the son is killed and they loose the briefcase, Lemon and Tangerine devise a clever scheme of deceiving the White Death's goons into thinking they were fine.
• Lemon is very talented in figuring out who a person is and this allows him to know who to trust and who to be wary of.
• During his fight with Ladybug, Lemon manages to put up a good fight. Although he ended up losing, he was being constricted by being quiet to not alert the passengers.
• Unlike the other characters, who were easily fooled by The Prince's lies, Lemon manages to see through her ruse using psychology and confronts her about it. Although he was defeated by her, it was due to drinking drugged water and passing out, something he hadn't predicted.
• He is willing to put aside any differences with his enemies if it means accomplishing the same goals, as seen with him and Ladybug.
• During the fight with the White Death and his gang, Lemon managed to use the materials around him to fend off the enemies and drive the train.
• He deeply loved his brother and was deeply saddened when learning that The Prince caused his death.
• After surviving the attack, he steals a tangerine truck and kills The Prince. This is made more magnificent by the fact that she was attempting to kill the protagonists and was planning on making a new crime gang.
• Although he was very brutal in his kills, many of his intentional victims are hard to mourn considering they were criminals and other assassins.
  • He also isn't sadistic with his murders, even showing a shocked expression at his and Tangerine's Bolivia job.
• He has plenty of comedic moments that give him more character, such as his love for Thomas the Tank Engine.
• Although he had some slip-ups and heating up moments, he manages to regain his magnificence by calming down shortly afterwards and thinking through what to do.
• By the end of the film, Lemon (unlike the other villains) manages to survive and redeems himself by saving Ladybug, Yuichi and The Elder from killed by The Prince by running her over with a truck.

What Makes Him a Baddie?

• He is a well-known assassin who has eliminated many people before the events of the films, and even attempted to kill Ladybug in the past.
• He showed no concern for the accidental death of a civilian that was caused by his and Tangerine's actions.
