Well, it is time for us to part, my little cheese-hunk.
~ Ms. Mowz

Ms. Mowz is a major character in the 2004 video game Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, as well as it's 2024 Nintendo Switch remake. She is a mouse thief that travels the world looking for badges to sell in her shop. She also is an optional party member for Mario, being unlocked after doing her sidequest "Elusive Badge!'.

What Makes Her Magnificent?[]

  • Even though she is a thief, every time she bumps into Mario, she is still willing to support him on his quest such as by telling him where the Crystal Star in the Great Tree is. She also cannot help but steal kisses from him frequently.
  • In Chapter 2, she stealthily knocked out an X-Naut guarding some treasure chests. By the time he regained consciousness, he is completely unaware of what she had done to him as she had already fled.
  • Although she is a thief, she is not shown to be violent (let alone excessively), causing little to no actual harm.
  • After Mario takes care of a trouble for her, she lets him keep the badge he went to collect for her and also joins him for the rest of the game.
  • Along with the rest of Mario's party, she serves as a great partner when helping to save the world. Although (similar to Lady Bow) she isn’t the hardest striker, she likewise includes some of her own unique moves and skills to use against opponents.
  • Though she did offer to help break into the Poshley Sanctum in front of a fair sized crowd, it’s quite likely she was merely being humorous, true to her flattering presentation.
  • She is overall very sneaky and charismatic, and always thinks of new ways to benefit her and her friends' goals. Although she was manipulated by Grodus the same way as the others, it is fair to note that he is a mastermind who also wields much greater familiarity of the lore. Additionally, she nonetheless succeeded in helping Mario take down both him and the Shadow Queen.

What Makes Her a Baddie?[]

  • She is fairly underhanded when it comes to her business, as she steals from others and sells the things she stole at her shop. The end of the game implies that she has gone back to it after taking a break from doing so whilst helping Mario.
