Pariston Hill is a member of the Zodiacs and the vice president of the Hunter Association, he is chaotic figure who enjoys toying with others and dragging out his play sessions with other as long as possible as shown in the Election for Chairman. After resigning as Chairman he joined Beyond Netero as his second-in-command to help him explore the Dark continent

What Makes Him Magnificent?

• He is a hard to read person as his always keeps an affable and pleasant demeanor making his true motives hard to predict due to never letting his true intentions show.
• Being a Zodiac he is an extremely skilled Hunter that even Netero recognizes and as Vice Chairman he amassed influence and power beyond his position using his charisma, wealth, and possible underground connections to take control of most of the Hunter organization to prepare for the future election. Not even Netero could contain him.
• After the Chimera ants were dealt with he managed to retrieve all 5,000 Chimera ant cocoons for himself without anyone finding out (with the exception of Ging), allowing him to amass an army of Nen users for himself.
• After Hearing Ging's declaration that Gon wouldn’t die he immediately figured out there was a way to heal Gon and predicted that if Ging used Gon as part of his election campaign Pariston would lose the election. When Leorio appeared however he immediately adjusted his plan by using Leorio.
• He dominates the Election, getting the majority to f votes in all except one and manages to also stretch out the election due as long as possible.
• He manipulates Teradein, Bushidora Ambitious, and Loupe Highland into getting themselves killed by Hisoka so that he can have more of the votes.
• He manages to tie with Leorio in the second to last round by endorsing Miza so that that Leorio can not get the undecided votes, so he fails to get the 95 percent.
• He stalls for time so Gon can arrive by call for an emergency meeting which allows for enough to for Gon to arrive and cause Leorio to lose all motivation to be in the election, allowing Pariston to easily win, only to resign immediately showing that this was only a game to him, an act that even catches Ging by suprise.
• He spends years preparing for the voyage for the Dark Continent by amassing skilled Hunters to use for the journey.
• He legitimately enjoyed messing with Netero and was sad when he died, even in the verge of tears and is upset by the Hunter association not honoring what Netero would have done and despite hating Ging he respects him as a worthy opponent and gives him free reign to see what he will do.

What Makes Him a Baddie?

• He has caused many Hunters to go missing over the years to obtain power, got his opponents in the election arc killed, and willingly releasing his army of Chimera Ants into the world if the Hunter association did not conform to Netero's will.
