Speckles is the main antagonist of Disney's 2009 live-action film G-Force. He is a star-nosed mole who serves as the cyber support specialist for the titular team, and he is secretly manipulating Leonard Saber to get revenge on humanity.

He was voiced by Nicholas Cage.

What Makes Him Magnificent?[]

  • He is very intelligent and proficient in coding and hacking, having been trained by Ben and Marcie in such when they formed G-Force.
  • He manipulated Saber into creating Clusterstorm as Yanshu (hiding his true identity all the while), directing him to build appliances with chips that made them go berserk.
  • He was able to hide his villainous intentions from his team for an unknown amount of time by sabotaging the data they recovered, and he was also able to keep Saber in the dark about the true purpose of Clusterstorm over the course of their partnership (which also lasted an unknown period of time). He also played dead in order to escape the pet store and successfully fooled his team into thinking he was killed by the trash compactor.
  • He is very tragic, as his family was killed by exterminators and his home destroyed at a young age. He also listened to his father's words to "bring mankind to its knees" "if [he] ever g[o]t the chance."
  • He also cares about his team, Ben, and Marcie, which Darwin reminds him about during Clusterstorm's rampage to snap him from his vengeful mindset. Speckles was moved by this and tried to shut Clusterstorm down himself, although he was unable to do so. Thankfully, Darwin and Mooch managed to get the virus to help him destroy it.
  • He was remorseful for his actions, expressing hope that he could rejoin G-Force after he finished his sentence, and feeling horrified at Hurley's supposed death after the robot was destroyed (believing he killed an innocent).

What Makes Him a Baddie?[]

  • He swore vengeance on humanity when his family was killed, planning to bombard the planet with space junk to make it uninhabitable.
  • He created the robot with his appliances to go on a rampage and throw down the space junk as part of Clusterstorm's revenge. During this rampage, he grabbed a van to do "pest control" on the humans inside.
  • He also indirectly endangered others (including Darwin and Hurley) with his appliances, as is especially seen later in the film when they come to life.
