The Third Lakewood Slasher is a minor character in MTV’s Scream, possibly serving as the overarching antagonist of the series. They are an enigmatic individual who murdered Kieran Wilcox in his person cell, and is implied to be the real killer in Lakewood’s 1994 Slashing, framing Brandon James for said murders and getting away. Their real identity is unknown, implied to be Brandon James himself, his brother Troy James, or Emma’s father Kevin.

What Makes Them Magnificent?

• If they were truly the real killer and not Brandon James, he successfully killed 5 teenagers and framed Brandon James for the murders, getting away with their actions successfully for the next few decades.
• He successfully manipulates and tricks Kieran Wilcox, who is otherwise one of the most intelligent killers in the franchise.
• He sneaked into a courthouse and hidden away above a cell without giving attention to himself, hiding perfectly.
• Successfully catches a cop off guard and kills him to get to Kieran Wilcox.
• After successfully getting Kieran out of prison, he quickly kills him, successfully killing the most heinous character in the Scream franchise.
• He leaves the courthouse without getting caught and successfully evades authority, and due to the series cancellation, is the only killer in the entire franchise to get away with their actions.

• If they were the 94 Killer, he killed 5 teens and framed Brandon James for the murder.
• He broke into a court cell and murdered a random cop by breaking his neck just to get to Kieran Wilcox.

• They are one of the only 2 characters from the Scream franchise to be a Magnificent Baddie, alongside the Hallucination of Billy Loomis.
• Through the course of the series, there have been up to five suspects as to who the killer is and their motives. If any of these were proven, this could affect the Killer's MB status.
