Toji Fushiguro (né Zenin), also known as the Sorcerer Killer, is a major antagonist in the anime/manga series Jujutsu Kaisen. He is an infamous non-curse user assassin and a former member of the Zenin Clan, one of the three great family clans of the jujutsu society, whose Heavenly Restriction granted him immense physical abilities in exchange for completely lacking cursed energy. He is also the father of Megumi Fushiguro and former enemy of Satoru Gojo. In the summer of August 2006, he was contracted by the Time Vessel Association to carry out the assassination of the Star Plasma Vessel, Riko Amanai.

He is voiced by Takehito Koyasu in Japanese, and by Nicolas Roye in English.

What makes him Magnificent?

• Despite being looked down upon in the Zenin Clan for his lack of Curse energy he would soon gain a reputation for his strength and cunning earning their fear due to him being able to kill Cursed spirits.
• He loved his wife and took her last name as his own to remember her by and despite selling his son to the Zenin Clan he cared for him to and made good on his promise to his wife to protect him.
• He is a highly skilled assassin, carrying a variety of cursed tools in his pet cursed spirit to hide them and then hide the Curse as part of his organs to make the cursed energy it contains untraceable by Sorcerers. He was so renowned for killing Sorcerers he gained the name "Sorcerer Killer".
• Despite being a Killer he oozes Cool in his raw way of fighting and dry sense of humor when fighting his opponents.
• When hired by the Time Vessel Association to assassinate the star Plasma vessel, Riko Amanai he realized that Gojo Satoru was her guardian and knowing of his Six eyes and Limitless abilities he decided instead of facing him head on he would use money lent to him from the Time Vessel Association to place a bounty on Riko Amanai's head and let the Curse Users that took the bait fight Gojo and slowly tire him from the onslaught of fights. He would also place a time limit on the Bounty so once it ran out Gojo and Geto would be tricked into thinking the threat on Riko's life was over.
• He managed to track down Gojo, Geto, and Riko down to Tokyo Jujutsu High by following their footprint and traces they left and waited for Gojo to turn off his Limitless ability thus letting his guard down allowing him to stab Gojo in the chest with a non-cursed sword as not to give away his position.
• He used a Swarm of Fly Heads to use as cover so he could sneak up on Gojo and use the Inverted Spear of Heaven to Bypass his Limitless and utterly destroy him with multiple stab wounds and a stab too the head.
  • This is impressive as Gojo would regard him as the only opponent to make him fear for his life for a long time after his defeat.
• Toji easily defeated Geto, using is cursed tools to defeat his cursed Spirits, figuring out the innate domain of vengeful spirits rules, and countering Geto's attempt to steal his own Cursed Spirit.
• While he admitted he should have fled after seeing a revived Gojo he had legitimate reason to think he could handle him as he had figured out ways to counter his Blue and recently achieved Red Technique using the Inverted spear of heaven, only losing due to not knowing about the existence of the Hollow Purple Technique.
• Despite having half his body have a hole in it he took his death with grace and in his last moments chose to tell Gojo about his Son Megumi and how he would be sold to the Zenin clan in the hopes that Gojo would choose to save him.
• Upon being summoned in seance by Ogami he managed to take over his host's body due to his special properites of his own body immediately decucing this upon being revived.
• Even in his crazed bloodlusted state, he was able to easily beat up Dagon, a Special Grade Disaster Curse using his physical prowess and the Playful Cloud Item. He would even sharpen the weapon mid-combat as to make it easier to pierce his body and managed to kill him by stabbing him in the head multiple times.
• He was able to counter his Son Megumi's strategy, defeating his Rabbit summons and escaping his trap.
• Seeing his son up close he was able to regain his sanity and ask his son his name, upon hearing it was Fushiguro and not Zenin he smiled and stabbed himself in the head, taking his own life to ensure he did not kill his son in his crazed state, dying with the satisfaction that his son turned out better than he did.

What makes Him a Baddie?

• He is a contract killer willing to murder any curse-sensitive individuals, including children, for the right price.
• Doesn't care about the clients he works for, including agreeing to work for a religious cult that intended to use Riko's body in a ritual
• He is incredibly rude and incredulous to everyone but a small handful of people.
