The ultimate good adult who chose to become a villain to save they students.
“ | Don't regret or torment your life. Don't deny that you want to be happy. Don't say sad things like, "If you just stop living, you'll stop suffering. Don't tell me I was born to suffer, because that will never happen. No student should ever have to think that way. If a child's "world" is filled with suffering... If a child wants to end their life in a pit of despair and sorrow... if that desire exists somewhere in this world... it's because of the person in charge of that world, not the child... it's because of the person in charge of the world. Even if they've sinned, even if they've done something unforgivable... there shouldn't be a world where a student is in charge. It should be the responsibility of the "adult" who lives with the child. ......because I'll take the blame. | „ |
~ In order to save they students and fulfill they adult duties, they willingly chose to become a villain. |
Yesterday, I watched the entire Blue Archive's Final Arc released on all global server. And... this was so sad, Phrenapatēs' purpose made me sad. I was also confident that Phrenapatēs would be a good candidate for MB. (Shiroko Terror is too broken to be counted, and Plana is not sure.) There are still many MB candidates in Blue Archive, but it is taking me a while to create a proposal due to my inconvenience. I am convinced that Phrenapatēs is MB.
Note that Sensei's gender is unknown, so it will be written as They, and since Phrenapates is Sensei's Bad Future countepart, it will be written as They as well.
Anyway, let's get to Blue Archive.
What's The Work?[]
Blue Archive is It a collectible mobile game developed by Nexon Games, a Korean game production company, a subsidiary of Nexon. It is the work of producer Kim Yong-ha, and the entire development matrix is in Korea. The first service and the main media mix were done in Japan, and Yostar, a service company for Japanese servers, is a Chinese company. Korea, China, and Japan, three East Asian countries, were involved in game production and service.
Who is Phrenapates?/What Has They Done?[]
NOTE: The biography of They written on the VW is not plagiarism because I wrote it.
Phrenapates, The False Sensei is a major antagonist of the 2021 roleplay RPG game Blue Archive, they are one of the main antagonists of the Where All Miracles Begin arc. they is the Evil Future version of Sensei, who was turned into a powerful Undead by The Chroma.
Past[]
They have been doing something similar to their Main Timeline counterpart, but due to some event, Sensei falls into a coma and is declared unsustainable, and even the students, who initially believed in they, come to accept that he is effectively dead when he shows no signs of waking up. Sensei miraculously regains consciousness after 100 days in the hospital, and upon awakening, barely manages to drag they mangled body to confront Shiroko, who is desperate to summon The Chroma and terrorize her into bringing about the destruction of the world, with the Shittim Chest and a paper crane gifted to they by the students.
they initially tried to stop Shiroko's Omnicide, but failed, and he was nearly killed by Shiroko, but unable to kill him, Shiroko walked away, leaving Sensei alone, thinking that he had made the wrong choice and caused this situation, Even if he miraculously regains his senses, he laments his inability to deliver the words he should have delivered while on the verge of death due to the effects of rolling around in his corpse-like body, but determined to fulfill his adult responsibilities and his teacher's duties, he leaves Shiroko with a message of comfort and embraces the Chroma that came to him, transforming into a powerful undead.
The Nameless Priests, seeing their choice to take responsibility for a world in which children are suffering as adults, tell them that they will forever regret their choice, and give them the name "Phrenapates," meaning "The False Sensei," as they can no longer call him Sensei. As Shiroko watched the events unfold, she eventually came to believe that she had killed Sensei, despairing that she had failed to protect they and had allowed them to bear they sins instead.
Where All Miracles Begin[]
Later, as leaders of the Guide of Chroma, they invade Main Timeline Kivotos using the coordinates Beatrice gave them, and reveal themselves to Sensei in the center of the interior of the Ark of Atrahasis, on the throne of the god Naram. Shiroko points her gun at it, but the Phrenapates pull out something: a Shittim Chest. Shiroko shoots it, but it's unharmed, and A.R.O.N.A. is called, and Shiroko Terror appears before Sensei and Shiroko shortly afterward. When Shiroko sees Shiroko Terror, she is surprised by his resemblance to her, and A.R.O.N.A confirms this, explaining that they are identical beings from different time axes. A.R.O.N.A also explains that she is the same being as Arona in this time axis, and that she is there to help and support Sensei, the owner of the Box of Siddhim, as she awaits Phrenapates' orders, and when Sensei asks if Phrenapates is also her self from another time axis, she realizes that Phrenapates is her self from another time axis, but Phrenapates is already dead.
Shiroko shoots at Shiroko Terror, saying that there is no way she would destroy the world and kill her teacher, but is countered by the difference in experience. He tells her that no matter what you say, it's already been decided, and that it's the future as determined by Shiroko's existence in this world. However, since the same being cannot exist in multiple time axes, they kidnapped Shiroko from the present world and imprisoned her in an ark so that the same being, Shiroko Terror, could operate.
Sensei and Shiroko refuse to give up and confront Shiroko Terror, who manages to subdue Shiroko, but when Sensei realizes that the other students have unlocked the hack of Team Utnafish's ship, he tells them that if they deal with Sensei first, everything will be resolved, including the self-destruction of the Ark, the manifestation of Sanctum, and the end of the world, and Shiroko from the other timeline prepares for battle with the support of A.R.O.N.A and Prenapates. Sensei responds by saying that I have A.R.O.N.A. too, but Shiroko from the other timeline says that even if Siddhim's box is the same, it can't make up for the difference that Shiroko herself has experienced, so Sensei pulls out the Grown up Card to counter.

Sensei and Shiroko refuse to give up and confront Shiroko Terror and almost subdue him, but when they realize that the other students have released the hack of the Ship of Utnapishtim, Sensei says that if they take out Sensei first, everything will be solved, including the self-destruction of the Ark, the manifestation of Sanctum, and the end of the world, and Shiroko from the other timeline prepares for battle with the support of A.R.O.N.A and Prenapates. Sensei counters that he has A.R.O.N.A. too, but Shiroko from the other timeline says that even if Siddhim's box is the same, it can't make up for the difference that Shiroko herself has experienced, so Sensei pulls out the Grown up Card to counter, Phrenapates also draws a Grown up Card to support Shiroko Terror, but despite his support, Shiroko Terror eventually falls, and even the Shittim Chest, which has been devoting all of its energy to supporting Shiroko Terror, is down and outnumbered, so Sensei musters all of the Ark's energy himself and fights the students himself. He realizes that the Ship of Utnapishtim's guns are pointed at him, but he doesn't dodge and takes a hit, but despite this attack, he remains standing to defend Shiroko Terror.
And as he barely manages to hold on while his body is shattered by a direct hit from the guns, Sensei, seeing this, realizes that he is holding on because he wants to tell him something, and approaches to speak with him. He asks for all of his students, including the one who went the wrong way as Sensei, and the teacher of this world complies, confirming the evacuation of all students and then using the one remaining escape sequence to send the last remaining student, Shiroko Terror, to Kivotos.
With only two Sensei and two Shittim Chests left in the battleship, she vanished, seemingly satisfied, leaving behind a Grown up Card, a paper crane, and a few shards of themself to die a complete death.
It's They Magnificent?[]
Easy. Some may think that Phrenapates is a pawn of The Chroma and the Nameless Priests, but it turns out that it's actually the other way around: Phrenapates has been tricking The Chroma and the Nameless Priests to achieve the ultimate good of saving Shiroko Terror and A.R.O.N.A/Plana. So he's not a pawn, and even if he were, Phrenapates has used they main timeline self to strike back at The Chroma and the Nameless Priests.
- Phrenapates is Sensei's Bad Future counterpart, and is one of the few opponents that makes Sensei struggle by using the same abilities and command (Shittim Chest and Grown up Card) that Sensei has.
- Phrenapates did exactly what they main timeline self did, but was fatally injured in a mysterious accident that left them in a coma, with a monologue about they mouth not opening, they blindness, his body not moving very well, hoses and devices connected to they body, they face barely held in place by dozens of steel plates, and a tragic past that led them to embrace Chroma and become the Powerful Undead in order to save Shiroko and A.R.O.N.A.
- Phrenapates have long been preparing a counterattack against the Nameless Priests who would take advantage of them, including the Shiroko Terror and A.R.O.N.A. They have been deceiving the Nameless Priests for a long time in order to prepare a counterattack against the Nameless Priests and salvation for the Shiroko Terror and A.R.O.N.A. This succeeded due to his own and they students in the Main Timeline, and instead of losing they life, Phrenapates saved Shiroko Terror and A.R.O.N.A., and led a successful counterattack against the Nameless Priests.
- In order to protect Shiroko Terror, they directly collected all the energy of the Ark and became a shield to protect Shiroko Terror.
- They confirmed that their main timeline self had evacuated all the students and asked them to take charge of A.R.O.N.A. with Shiroko Terror, and when their main timeline self evacuated Shiroko Terror, they confirmed that Shiroko Terror had been safely evacuated and accepted their own death.
- Their ultimate motivation for doing this is to save Shiroko Terror and A.R.O.N.A. and bring peace to them, and they have embraced Chroma's power and become villains because they believe that their counterparts in the other world are making the same choice, so they are confident that they will save them all in their place after failing to save they students, which is what has driven this whole scheme so far.
Is They too much of a Baddie?[]
- Although Phrenapates' true purpose was the salvation of Shiroko and Plana, they led the attack on Main Timeline Kivotos as the leader of the guide of chroma.
- Phrenapates kidnapped Shiroko from the Main Timeline and imprisoned her in an ark so that the same entity, Shiroko Terror, could operate.
Final Verdict?[]
Easy yes. and R.I.P Phrenapates.
