Woz, also known as Black Woz, is the tritagonist of Kamen Rider Zi-O, as well as a major antagonist in the movie Kamen Rider Zi-O: Over Quartzer.

He is a herald of Oma Zi-O and formerly the captain of the resistance cell Geiz and Tsukuyomi served in. Secretly, Woz is actually a member of the Quartzer tasked with ensuring Oma Zi-O rises in the future in order to unite the timelines.

He is portrayed by Keisuke Watanabe.

What Makes Him Magnificent?

• Pretended to infiltrate Oma Zi-O's forces while defecting to his side for real, in order to feed the resistance false information to lead them into a trap. Because of this, Woz was able to enable Oma Zi-O to wipe out most of the resistance.
• When Geiz and Tsukuyomi both travel back in time to stop Sougo from becoming the Demon King, Woz travels back as well to ensure Sougo's rise as Oma Zi-O by providing him with information to help him find the Ridewatches.
• Allies with the Time Jackers and tricks White Woz into giving up his Rider powers to him, allowing him to become Kamen Rider Woz.
• Once Sougo collects all of the Ridewatches, Woz steals them to deliver them to the other Quartzers.
• When Sougo becomes Oma Zi-O and decides to use his new powers to reset everything to normal, Woz accepts the decision and stays loyal to him. In the new timeline, Woz is the only one who remembers what happened and continues to watch over Sougo.

What Makes Him a Bastard?

• Betrayed Geiz, Tsukuyomi and the resistance to Oma Zi-O. Is responsible for most of the resistance getting killed.
• Attempted to push Sougo to become the Demon King.
• Betrayed Sougo once he collected all of the Ridewatches. Assisted the Quartzer in their plan to rewrite the entire Kamen Rider multiverse.
