Wu Zi Mu is a major character in the 2004 video game Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, the seventh installment of the Grand Theft Auto video game series.

He is the blind Chinese-American leader of the Mountain Cloud Boys, a part of the San Fierro Triads, and a close friend of Carl Johnson based in San Fierro's Chinatown and in Las Venturas, where he owns the Four Dragons Casino.

He was voiced by James Yaegashi.

What Makes Him Magnificent?

• Despite being blind, he is competent in car racing, gunfighting and video games as well as an effective crime lord overall.
• Although he can be as ruthless, foul-mouthed and violent as other gangsters when angered, he is at heart a peaceful, affable and honorable man who treats his subordinates kindly and remains a loyal friend to Carl.
• He has some standards unlike other gang leaders, being against drug dealing and resorting to unnecessary violence.
• He is instrumental in the successes of many missions through providing Carl intel and vast resources such as aircraft and weapons and participating in some shootouts.
• He masterminds the downfall of the Loco Syndicate and Da Nang Boys, and later the successful robbery of Caligula's Casino.
  • He devises an elaborated scheme for the robbery, which involves Carl stealing some explosives from Hunter Quarry, infiltrating the City Planning Department and photographing blueprints of the casino's layout, gaining the trust of one of the casino's croupiers to take her key card, planting remotely detonated explosives on the main generators of Sherman Dam (which supplies Las Venturas with hydroelectric power), stealing 4 HPV-1000 police motorcycles to be used as outriders for the armored vehicle Carl plans to use to haul off the cash without raising suspicion, and stealing an armored van.
• In the end, he becomes one of the most powerful crime bosses in San Andreas, having weakened rival gangs and mafias, and continues to run the Triads in San Fierro and the Four Dragons Casino in Las Venturas.

• He is a crime lord who arranges many illegal activities, including murder, robbery and street racing.
